Who we are
Johannesburg's bespoke kitchen studio.
Founded in 2012 and based in Malvern, The Empire Kitchens has spent over a decade creating bespoke kitchens for discerning homeowners across Johannesburg. We started small — a workshop, a small team, and a commitment to never cutting corners.
Today we have completed more than 200 kitchen projects, from modest renovations in Bedfordview to full-scale custom builds in Sandton and Houghton. What hasn't changed is our approach: listen carefully, design thoughtfully, build beautifully.
Every kitchen we build is manufactured in our own Johannesburg workshop — giving us full control over quality, timeline and finish. We don't outsource the parts that matter.
